I am one person who hates to wait for anybody or reach late to any place. It so happened that my first day at SIMSR was supposed to be 18th June 2007. After enjoying my Grand European discovery, It was time to worry. Worry not because am going to start it (student life) all over again but because am going to reach my new college late that too on the very first day (Aasaar ache nahi the ...)
My reporting time was morning 9:oo am. I flight was scheduled to land @ 10:00 am on the same day. Added to my fortune, the flight wahich was via Delhi had to wait @ Delhi for 3 Hrs coz of bad weather. Finally reached Mumbai @ 12:30 pm. My college is 1hr from airport but had to go to Churchgate as my certificates were there.
After reaching Churchgate I tried calling the college to inform that I would be reaching shortly par koi phone uthaye toh naaaa... finally I called my senior for suggestion, who was sweet enough to comfort me.
Finally reached college @ 3:30pm just in time to finish the formalities before the office closed down. But could not interact with seniors or batchmates... i can still feel the void created because of my delay.
